This mod adds the SCAR-L from TEOR that was frankensteined into a SS1-proportioned Sniper Rifle as placeholder for SSHD that is then frankensteined back into something close to its original form by me as a custom weapon resource for modders to use.

A combat assault rifle from Belgian arms manufacturer FN Herstel. First deployed in 2009 during the War on Terror, the SCAR remained in service with various military forces on Earth in the latter part of the 21st century. Mental's invasion of Earth provided the SCAR with the opportunity to shred alien scum; a task it's more than capable of.

The Light variant of the SCAR is chambered in standard issue 5.56mm NATO rounds. EDF soldiers are fond of its ACOG scope that provides a 4x zoom on distant targets as it simplifies the task of neutralizing Reptiloids. What they are less fond of is the fact that 40mm grenades are all but extinct in 2113, making its underslung FN40GL purely cosmetic.
