This pack contains 3 Brazilian luxury low-residential growable buildings, level 4. You do not need any mods for them to work. But I recommend using the following mods anyways:

@Temptress Teelia I think you can change the type of building with "ploppable rico" ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2016920607 ), and it will appear in your theme (or in the "Building Theme" mod) as sustainable buildings. Personnally I also use it in combination with "Realistic Population", which can apply some caracteristics to residents as using bikes or public transports more often.

I wish these were sustainable as well. I am looking for some sustainable low/high density housing to break up the green vanilla buildings.
