Pocket Change 3.0

This is an extended version of the popular mod that adds some cats to npcs inventories.

This mod was built with Pocket Change Harsh as a base.

Compared to the og mod, these are some of the changes made to NPC inventories:
Cats added to around 100 more npcs, Reavers, Grass Pirates, Slavers, Anti slavers, Hero League, among others.
A lot of unique npcs, mostly gang leaders have been given cats.
Cats have been removed from Starving Bandits, since I believe it makes more sense that way. Their leaders will still carry some.
Some items have been removed. I prefer to keep the mod focused on cats, although some items like alcohol have been kept where it made sense. Notable removals are Greenfruit from Grass Pirates or teeth from cannibals.

Other minor changes.

Original mod is not required.
