Adds a policy to install fibre optic internet in either every state, every city, every town or in every street.
This policy is similar to the 'technology grants' policy as it contributes to the 'technology' field.

@Keel yeah, its been going for a few years now and my suburb wont get it for another 3 years, and thats just it starting, and by the time they fully install it, itll probably be outdated

Australia is installing it however it's costing over 900 million dollars and over 4 years to do it
