GTA Online - Arena Wars Apocalyptic Outfit Player Model

Wanted to do my own personal project of porting an Arena Wars outfit. One of the apocalypse ones.

Only includes a player model with viewmodel arms, but I may add an NPC later. You're free to add your own if you'd like, just give credit!
