Hello Again!

This is basically a mini mod that I made, it basically just makes it so that when creating a new title, like an Empire or Kingdom, you will no longer have all your lands immediatly made de Jure. Instead, it is now made to be titular. This means that the AI is free to create all their monsterous titles they want, and not mess up your precious borders.

This mod also adds in two new decisions to land your newly created titular titles. At around twice the cost of creating it, and am currently working on making that more dynamic, you are able to land any titular title, provided you directly hold a Duchy and a titular title as your primary one. AI will never do this, so once again, the borders are safe.

Finally this mod also lowers the requirements of forming Kingdoms and Empires, also Kingdoms no longer need to be formed by independant rulers, King in Prussia and Hansa, and all that. You still need to be independant to land them.

also is there anyway to transfer dejure back to their original like as example I created a kingdom and landed my 2 dutchies would you make something so if I get the original kingdom title that I can transfer the dejure dutchies back to the original

Discovered some issues using this, like as example when i got the decision to form the Mongol Empire it created the title but no land became dejure of it.

Very nice mod, was waiting for something like this. I never like the way the vanilla game has it set
