[1.4 Alpha] Buff持续时间可叠加

描述
反复饮用同一种药水会增加Buff的持续时间，也就是说Buff持续时间可堆叠。
然而魔力病Debuff的持续时间仍有最大限制。
它也会影响家具Buff，并不影响Debuff和不显示Buff持续时间的Buff。

示例：喝8次耐力药水（4分钟）会获得32分钟的耐力Buff而不是只有4分钟。
摸了施法桌（10分钟）144次，会有整整一天的着魔Buff。

honey's duration stacking isn't all that broken, considering that in vanilla you can just put honey in an arena and step in it every now and then

Perfect, now I can down the entire brewery of potions down my gullet and face all bosses one after the other (assuming I don't die)

I do want to see this affect the Well Fed buffs as well, it'd be hilarious for eating an entire stack of Burgers.
