Seicomart is a convenience store chain headquartered in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
Seicomart is known for its white stores and orange symbolic color, but starting in 2021, the 50th anniversary of the opening of its first store, the company is adopting a new navy-colored store design.

There are two types of buildings: JPEC (JP Easy Commercial) type (4×3) with pre-installed parking lot , and without parking lot.
The building without a parking lot has two randomly colored exterior walls.
Three types of props are included: signs, guard poles, and streamers.

セイコーマートは北海道札幌市に本社を置くコンビニエンスストアチェーンです。
セイコーマートといえば白い店舗にオレンジのシンボルカラーですが、1号店開店から50周年にあたる2021年から、ネイビーカラーの新店舗デザインを採用しています。

建物は駐車場を予め設置したJPEC ( JP Easy Commercial ) タイプ (４×３ ) と駐車場なしの2種類。
駐車場なしの建物は外壁が2色ランダムです。
プロップは看板、ガードポール、のぼり3種類を同梱しています。
