Friitala Leather Factory (RICO) - Basement Ramp

Modular building, all parts are 2 x 2 cells. Styles and and features are inspired by a real building in Ulvila, Finland.

Friitala or Friitalan Nahka Oy was once the largest leather / leather clothing company in Nordic countries with over 1300 employees. 4-floor factory was built in 1936 and was expanded in 1950. In 1993 leather processing ended, today there are commecial services, offices and a museum in the building.

Other parts are:
Basic 2x2 part
Loading Dock part
Main Entrance part
Round Corner part
Smokestack part

With RICO, each part costs 2000 and gives 15 industrial jobs (level 3).
1024x1024 textures (d,i,s,a,n,c) - all parts use same textures (Loading screen mod recommended). I recommend placing them on flat ground or they may look wonky.

I'm a detailer and all buildings i use are high quality. The Texture Quality of yours matches the Vanilla game (not meant negative as also such buildings are needed!) but sadly not the high res buildings i use ... please check the Eschebach Factory from Titan as a comparison to yours ingame. i think you'll see the difference.

@Chamëleon TBN I think 1024x1024 px enough for 2x2 cell building module, or do you mean something else? Feedback is always welcome and I really want to improve my work.

I really like this factory, but imho the texture quality is low for this kind of asset.
