Tor's General Improvements: Less Artifact Renown

Hello Again!

This is basically a mini mod that I made, as part of the Tor's General Improvements. I hate how much renown you get from Artefacts in Royal Court, it sort of devalues how much renown used to be before RC, where you would spend renown wisely and disinherit, or claim only when you felt like it was important. Or something like that. I just liked it when renown was more exclusive.

So to fix this I just changed some values around in the files. You will only start getting renown at around Masterwork or whatever it is called, meaning that a newly risen peasant won't suddenly have the renown gain from their banners as an entrenched noble might have.

It is a lot less common now, though pre-generated artefacts will still have their cool bonuses, so don't worry about your copy of Excalibur being any less worthless than what it is now.
