Pyramid Head (Silent Hill)

From the distant fogs of Silent Hill, the merciless executioner known as Pyramid Head emerges into the world of Don't Starve Together.

Pyramid Head is a terrifyingly powerful creature! He has an innate 80% damage reduction, and his damage multiplier increases the lower his sanity is, maxing out at 2x damage. He also has high insulation, making it difficult for him to freeze or overheat.

Pyramid Head enjoys murder... but not much else. He will gain between 5-10 sanity per murdered mob, but cannot sleep to gain sanity, and cannot gain positive sanity through food.

He is unaffected by the dark, losing no sanity at night/in caves and gaining night vision instead. His sanity is also unaffected by rain or wetness! However, he will steadily lose sanity during day and dusk.

Pyramid Head only eats meat, but doesn't care much about the state it's in. He'll still lose sanity when eating raw meat, but spoiled or monster meat can be eaten without penalty.

Pyramid Head spawns in with one item, the Great Knife. This is the only item that he will use. Any other item, whether weapon, hat, or armor, will be automatically unequipped.

The Great Knife has a special ability called Trail of Torment. By alt-clicking, Pyramid Head carves a trail filled with pain towards a targeted mob. Any enemy caught in this attack (targeted or not) will take 50 damage, and if aimed properly, enemies can even take damage multiple times!

This AOE attack does not harm nearby players, companions, or followers, so there is no worry about friendly fire. However, you can still target most of them, giving you extra aiming options.

Trail of Torment has a 2 second cooldown, and cannot be used again until the Great Knife recharges.
