Parklife Drop Tower Amusement Ride
A drop tower is a type of amusement ride incorporating a central structure or tower. Drop towers vary in height, passenger capacity, lift type, and brake type. Many are custom-made, although there are some mass-produced designs. Riders are lifted to the top of the tower and then released to initially experience free fall, followed by rapid heavy deceleration.

About this Mod
Hey guys! So I was looking for more amusement rides a few days ago since I was building a new theme park and I came across these models that were re-uploaded by Didactic after the disappearance of the original mod developer, RENEWCOM.

The models looked fantastic, even at night, and seemed to be UK counterparts to some of the rides that are in the vanilla game.

While I was grateful that the assets had been reuploaded I was disheartened to find that they could only be placed on the side of roads and not in park areas. They were also listed under parks, not under the amusement park section and didn't come with any decorations which made them fit in with vanilla amusement parks.

I have addressed these issues and have balanced them against the other park rides. I was going to keep these new versions private but I figured that it couldn't hurt to share them just in case anyone else wanted more rides they can just plop down without needing to decorate them. It's nice to have more variety in your theme parks so hopefully these releases will be appreciated regardless of them being a re-reupload.

@mpcobb1980 I mean, I can commission them if there's enough interest. I don't see much originality in your workshop either friend. Maybe don't be so quick to judge eh?

The originals weren't even set up to work with park life, they were normal vanilla parks that had to be placed roadside, I also redecorated them to fit with the other park life assets. The only things that are "lifted" are the models that were already re-uploaded from a MIA mod developer anyway.

I originally was going to keep these private but I decided to share them so that more people could enjoy them too. I have made original mods and have commissioned others to make models for me. I just want to bring cool stuff to this workshop. What have you done for this game lately?

considering you lifted these and all your other assets from other people i doubt youll make any animations on these.

Unfortunately it's just static, I'm not sure how to go about making animated buildings in cities but I might look into it when I have some free time. Maybe I can get it animated at a later date. I don't have any plans to make any more for the time being, life has gotten busy again, but I'm sure I'll put out more mods in the future given a little time. :D:
