But I would imagine it works, as all it does is change a few item values. Nothing too complex.
If it doesn't work, I think it would be fairly safe to remove mid-game as well. Best of luck.

@Pinky But yeah, just feed what you feel is excessive back to the megarays, self-made solutions are great like that.
@King It is all spaghetti code, all the way down, I'm certain. You are quite correct regarding the extra content making XP easier to inhale though. I mostly made the change to accomodate non-mainteam characters so they can develope faster. With a slight increase in price as another extra form of revenue if you feel the essence gems are redundant and just want to sell the ones you get from mods like Heartwood.
