Saint-Petersburg 19th Century office corner building

This asset was created by me long time ago for Cities XXL.
Based on an classical style office building located in SPB.

In the CS it is a unique building. Use RICO to convert it to an office or what ever you want and find it to plop it.

The size is 7x7 cells.

About model:
main mesh - 4078 triangles
lod - 754 triangles
Has all maps (512x1024 and 256x512).
