No invisible walls

All clip brushes removed. Takes effect in non-scavenge and non-survival modes.

This addon also contains **--> MUTATION <--** which:
-removes all env_player_blockers and env_physics_blockers
-removes push and hurt triggers
-makes ladders climbable by survivors
-makes walls normally breakable by infected only also breakable by survivors
-disables fall damage

Note: reason clip brushes are removed in other modes and not everything is a single mutation is because it's not possible. So some invisible walls in form of env_physics_blocker and env_player_blockers still exist if you don't start the mutation. Also there are skyboxes in the way in some places. I might make the ones that don't cause issues non solid too sometimes.

Warning: If you keep this addon activated when joining a server that doesn’t have this addon or vice versa you will experience jittery movement near clips.
