[DrGBase] Hello Neighbor 2 Alpha Nextbots

This addon adds 3 nextbots and there may be more in the future.

Visitor: He will chase you and when he jumpscares you, he will take you on a journey and has a chance of stealing your weapon upon jumpscare. If the Visitor takes 600 damage he will forcefully let go and if he has a weapon he will give it to the person that dealt the final blow, you can only damage him while he has grabbed someone. He cannot grab NPCs or other Nextbots as that will just kill them.

Vandal: He will put his hands up when shot and will not be detected by any NPCs/Nextbots.

Quentin: Play as the playable character in Hello Neighbor 2 or just let him run around I guess.
