Unread Chat Notification

描述
Show an unread chat icon when anyone sends a message and the chat box is closed or not scrolled to the bottom.

Also close chat box after an in-game hour of silence. This can be disabled by setting the chat box minimum opacity to anything other than 100% or click the lock icon on the chat box.

Maybe you could call it a bug, but yourself or another player shouting or whispering will trigger the notification.

I'm on a server. I have a chat box but it's empty at the start because I erased the welcome message.

I don't know about that one. The only reason it could happen is if you don't have a chat box or if the icon doesn't exist, which shouldn't happen, since those things load when the game starts unless you're on single player, in which case the mod wouldn't do anything anyway.
