1. Subscribe the mod Image Overlay Renewal here and activate it in the game.
2. Download the map/grid of streets here[drive.google.com].
3. Put the file in the folder " C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Files\" of your computer.
4. In the game, activate the overlay pressing "Ctrl + I".
5. Adjust the image to fit correctly in heightmap.

- No mods are needed (vanilla).
- The first tile is the nearest of downtown that comply with rules of the game.
- The center of map is in the middle of Rubens Freire Hofmeister Street (-30.04478°;-51.17701°).
- To comply with rules of the game Dilúvio Stream became river.
- Heightmap was made at https://cs.heightmap.skydark.pl/ at 175% scale (Auto Settings).
- The overlay layer was made with Multi Map Downloader, using OpenStreet Map.
- Key points of the city was marked with some enviroments items.
- Some ressources not naturaly found was added for fun.
- This map was made using OSM data that uses a lot of nodes. If you reach the node limit, you can save some nodes remaking previous roads manually.
- The number of 4 external conections is limited by game, but you can increase it during gameplay using some mods like Unlimited Outside Connections and add other main connections like 448 Highway, Flores da Cunha Avenue, Getúlio Vargas Avenue, Estrada Caminho do Meio or any other you want.

"Porto Alegre city is the capital and largest city of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. Its population of 1,488,252 inhabitants (2020) makes it the twelfth most populous city in the country and the center of Brazil's fifth largest metropolitan area, with 4,405,760 inhabitants (2010). Porto Alegre has a long coastline on the Guaíba Lake, and its topography is punctuated by 40 hills. In the lake, a vast body of water, a maze of islands facing the city creates an archipelago where a unique ecosystem gives shelter to abundant wildlife. The city area concentrates 28% of the native flora of Rio Grande do Sul, with 9,288 species. Among these, there are many trees which are vestiges of the Atlantic Forest. - Despite this map no require mods, to recreate a real city is needed some that overlaps the real map in the game. We used Image Overlay Renewal and recommend it. Use the grid linked here[drive.google.com] (rename to "overlay", use '.' and ',' to adjust size). You can also create it by yourself using your favorite map.
- We realy recommend to use 81Tiles Mod to access many ressources that are not include in the center 25 tiles.
