Quartz watch

These quartzes oscillate with 32768 Hz, that's 2^15 Hz. We need that frequency trimmed down to 1 Hz, so half it 15 times.

We need a prototype for just one of these frequency dividers, chaining 15 of them isn't the problem.

But to fit that into a watch we have some space restrictions, and also there's no space for fancy modules, you'll have to make do with the simplest logic parts.

Toggle the out signal on every up flank.
