Fix the fixed spawn positions. 1-4 vs 5-8

The artillery on the corner is supposed to be destroyed but it's perfectly intact for me and even shows me the recrew option. Maybe just some weird thing going on with the game, I think. Can LeFH even reach the main area of the map without full vet? I'll have to check sometime
