This is an addon that replaces the standard Pulse-rifle model with an improved version.

The new AR2 textures were taken from this addon:

i got dumb seeing the image saying in my mind to comment "isnt this just the black irifle reskin"

Trying to check if there is any addon that does not interfere with reskin, sometimes this happens to me

it doesnt replace anything why even have it up
