updated to version 1.2 of Formula Pro (21/0722), I had to unsubscibe from all formula pro skinsets in order to get the formula Pro update and then resubscribe.

On my side no problems, all cars and drivers are present. Thanks again @Arnold for sharing.
For those who have problems, maybe try to unsubscribe then Launch RF2 then quit RF2. Subscribe again then launch RF2, the installation will be done again. (Formula Pro 2021). Good luck :)

Either way, Verstappen's livery is still missing. And I also noticed that Hamilton's #44 livery is also gone.
