Make sure you diabled vertical mode and surface snapping in the editor before placing the trench.

Thank you and no, i dont have any plans for a checkpoint. These 3 trenches were part of one of my missions and i only wanted to share it with the community. But there are a few checkpoint comps out there, just combine them with parts of my trench.
