double checked just now and not getting that on my end, tried some different settings and soundtracks but it seems to be fine

if it only happens on necropolis and not on other floors I would guess maybe you've got stage API on and it's trying to control the music, the soundtrack menu does have a setting for stage API in the Options tab (switch soundtrack left past shuffle and custom), maybe try changing it (and also try switching Continuous floor music on/off if you're running on Repentogon as that does effect transitioning music between rooms), if changing settings makes a difference let me know which settings the bug happens on

Exiting Devil Room turned music off on Necropolis, why?

Do I need to ask the Antonblast music mod author about it, or you?

I turned it on, didn't change anything in it, exited shop in Necropolis with Antonblast music mod, music stopped. Re-entering the run fixed it.

sorry it's a couple years late, but there is now a way to have different custom soundtracks for different characters by using another small add-on mod, it's linked in the description

Love this addition! Would there be a way to switch custom soundtracks for each character? I would love to curate a mix of soundtracks based on the playstyle of each character.

I would love compatibility with Epiphany, random soundtracks would fit perfectly on Tarnished Eden

Do you think you could add a function to make a custom collection of songs for each character? At the moment you can only make a character have one soundtrack, but itd be really cool to be able to customize every song for every character
