The beast laughing is an animation that is fully present in the game but for some reason is never used, so this mod makes the beast do that animation when the player takes damage

While i dont think Maggie would laugh at Isaac, Isaac's interpretation of her would probably make her think that, that and the fact that when Mom (The Boss) hits you, she laughs
