描述
Super Mario Bros Mushroom in Isaac!

This item replace all red heart pickups with mushrooms pickups. Each mushroom increase damage by 0.5 and also increase player size (it doesn't make player hitbox bigger). When you take damage (cursed door doesn't count) you lose 3 mushrooms and become smaller again. You can have a maximum of 15 mushrooms at a time.

The mushrooms also have a small chance to drop from mushroom obstacles and mushroom enemies!

The Item counts towards the Fun Guy transformation!

This item works very well with things that give red heart drops like Little C.H.A.D, Gimpy, Old Bandage, Shard of Glass, Mom's Locket, etc.

Keep in mind that you sacrifice all red heart drops for damage drops. The only way to find red hearts is now in shops. This item is very good for The Lost and Blue Baby by the way ;)

Assign qualities to your items, because right now all your items in game show quality 0. In addition, many items don't support EID, and I suggest you update that.
