Ultra Air (Historical)

Ultra Air is a Colombian low-cost airline, founded in Rionegro, Antioquia by Mexican businessman William Shaw, co-founder of Viva Air and former CEO of Interjet. It will start operation in February 2022 from their hub in Rionegro. In December 2021, the first aircraft that would serve the airline arrived in Colombia with which the procedures of the fourth phase of certification by the aeronautical authority were carried out in order to verify its airworthiness.
