描述
This is a District Style of complete vanilla low and high density building selected for making a denser looking residential neighborhood!
This is my easy solution for the missing middle housing, the multi-family plexes houses and small apartments, perfect for stabilishing a good looking transition between the downtown and the suburbs. Sadly, the number of households is pretty low, because it follows vanilla settings.

It is 15 assets of all levels, with vanilla trees and props. The buildings footprint are 1x2, 2x2, 2x3 and 3x3.

Alternative (mod): Advanced Building Level Control 1.2 from algernon and Chamëleon TBN let's you set the minimum/maximum building levels by district as well as by building type (residential, commercial, work). @Cheeseflannel I made a district selection of the best looking low density vanilla houses. It has a suburban feel and the set looks very tidy. I want to upload them soon!

Great building pack.

I edited the number of households per building with Realistic Population 2, and it's great to finally have medium-sized buildings other than the base game's European ones.

Unneeded passive-aggressiveness aside, I meant a way to have a district with just low density housing and then a separate district for just medium density housing.

If you don't want the apartments to grow, you can choose to not subscribe them.
