As I've been getting a lot of requests to do custom versions of these and it is getting a bit out of hand, I've put up a fairly simple tutorial to create your own, and I won't be taking any more requests, sorry, I just don't have the time to keep following through on all of them.
I appreciate people's enjoyment of my mods and want to make it clear this is aimed at no one user, this comment will be posted on all of my current mods so people see it. Try it out and have some fun, it's actually pretty easy to do!

(sorry for double commenting, character limit)
Then navigate to <steam install folder>\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop\
(I believe the filename for my mod is 1644514155.vpk)
Open it with gcfscape, and extract the /root folder from the VPK to a folder on your computer. Open the folder /scripts and edit population.txt with something like notepad. You'll be able to see there what zombies spawn and where. If you change the numbers 1 to lower (for example 0.6 will reduce the appearance of a zombie by 40%) it will also reduce the odds of that zombie type appearing When you're done editing save the file.
