BMP-2 EA26

i originally wanted to update the old mod but then i realised that the old content file for uploading is gone. so i just made it in a seperate mod, but the BMP-2 is essentially the same as before. with some changes as:
- reduced HP to: 2200
- reduced the 30mm autocannon damage
- speed is a tad reduced
- added to RHIB and Attack Boat slot
- and some other minor changes
