From re-texture to new item!

Introduces a new clothing item, the raglan; Everyone's favorite three quarter sleeve shirt!
Currently comes in 2 tinted varieties, and 3 team colored options.
The shirts can be found in any loot container other clothes spawn in. (It won't be found on zombies. That's waay too much scripting for me to deal with.)
The Raglans have insulation and wind resistance in between a tshirt and longsleeve shirt. Also note: they occupy the "short sleeve shirt" clothing category (think Hawaiian shirt.)

Get out there and flash your fleshy forearms!
