Spawn with items and clothing by occupation

I love the idea of the character customization in project zomboid, it makes each character feel unique and play to different strengths each playthrough. Recently however each character has started to feel the same, the occupation and traits you play with doesn't change the game a lot. That's where this mod comes in! Now on the start of each game you will have your character spawn with different items depending on your traits and occupations, as well as new spawn clothing! Combined with Occupations Expertises & Balance each occupation will change how you play the game and give you proper strengths and a start designed for that occupation :)

• This mod adds more clothing to choose between when creating your character based on the occupation you've chosen.
  
• You will spawn with items in your inventory based on your occupation and traits.
  
• This mod is meant to work well with Occupations Expertises & Balance which is why for example the burglar has paperclips and the construction worker a pick axe.

This mod shouldn't have any incompatibility issues from how it works. Also works perfectly in multiplayer.
