Tifa Lockhart Enhancement Pack

Makes ∑3245's Tifa mod a bit more unique.

Adds a Focus-equivalent system for her called Chi.

Chi itself provides a relatively standard sort of bonuses:

Level 1 - +10 dodge, +2 mobility, +1 damage with melee attacks
Level 2 - +20 dodge, +3 mobility, +2 damage with melee attacks
Level 3 - +30 dodge, +4 mobility, +3 damage with melee attacks, melee attacks now shred one armour

However, unlike most Focus systems you've probably played with, Chi can only be gained manually via Unbridled Strength, costing one action point per turn you use it in.

In addition, it cools off over time - you lose one Chi every time the squad clears a room.

Tifa also gets True Strike, a special attack that requires Chi to use. It costs two Chi, but uses a higher than normal damage scaling and is guaranteed to both stun and shred armour.
