描述

Adds a damage up and a damage down pill to the game.

WARNING

-----Does NOT work with Fiend Folio and Repentagon seems to mess it up----

This mod barely works and falls apart easily. Horse pills don't seem to work anymore either. Use with caution.

+0.45 damage up

Placebo charge - 12

Damage down

-0.35 damage down

Pill pool items

PHD, Virgo and Lucky foot will turn Damage down pills into Damage up pills.

False PHD turns Damage ups into Damage down pills. Damage down pills will spawn 2 black hearts on use or 4 black hearts with a horse pill whilst still reducing your damage.

If you have False PHD with PHD, Virgo or Lucky foot then you can find both Damage up and Damage down pills but the False PHD effect will still apply to Damage down pills.

Mod Config support

You can change the amount of damage a pill or horse pill gives or takes away from you, its recommended to change these options at the start of a run and then reload Isaac for it to take effect properly. You can change it mid-run but its not recommended.

these comments are WILD bc ppl are asking question/making criticisms that are better directed at the base game. For example, ALL stat pills in the base game are more effective for the up variant. For example, Range Up is +1.25 and Range Down is -1.00 and this range applies to EVERY stat pill. Yes technically this Damage Down is less effective than it """should""" be (80% is the ratio for vanilla pills) but the *fact* that it's less effective than the up version is already vanilla behavior. The up pill is less effective with soy milk because multiplier handling is already vanilla behavior.

I'm not saying any of this to be rude to users of this mod, it's just weird to me how a community as overall elitist ad the TBOI community can be so clueless about how the base game works??? Don't y'all watch Slay?
