Rail Coal Transfer Yard by Snagletooth

While it can be used for rail to yard or yard to rail, I made this to build alongside Avanya's spectacular coal plant assets. Mainly serves me as simply a spawn point, with the actual dump site and larger reserves being built around it as props. It's purpose is so i can have large deliveries of coal delivered right to my coal plant by rail, with only a quick drive around corner to get to the storage yard.

Prop Anarchy does what Boformer's Decal Prop Fix did.

For the dirt decals you will one or the other which is why I did not list either as a dependent. It should work without, but you wont get the dirt on the pavement. Being my first upload I don't know of a better option to dirty up the pavement.
