Guqin - Simple Tweak

Guqin is an excellent class. She is very creative and balanced in old days. But as the game version changed, she is weak in farm and some protracted boss fights now. So i make a simple buff for her.

This is an add-on mod. You still need the original mod, and put this mod in front of the original mod in launch order.

Changed:

1. Remove the ranged DMG debuff from [Longbow]. This debuff makes her weak in farm and some protracted boss fights. And the [Longbow] is not even powerful in current game version, it's unnecessary to add a long-lasting debuff to it.

2. Basic SPD from -2 to 0. She has a very rare trinket which gives SPD and heavy side effects. But her basic SPD is too low, even with that trinket she is still not faster than most of the monsters, and that makes the trinket a suicide kit.

3. Nothing else. [Blitz] and [Leechbolt] is powerful enough, so don't need to remove the debuff.

4. Fix some blue texts and make some little more translation for simplified Chinese language.
