ST:New Horizons - Empire Bonuses Fixes

Note that this mod is not an official addon for ST:New Horizons nor am I affiliated with the team behind ST:NH. This mod is a balance patch that only touches a few files to change specific settings that I personally don't like.

This mod changes (or removes) various resource production bonuses for AI empires.

Without this mod static empires for example get a flat production bonus of +300 minerals/energy per month in addition to 500 naval cap and various other OP bonuses. This causes them to become insanely powerful very fast.

Other changes done by this mod include major empires and AI empires in general. I nerfed the static production bonuses for all of them.

I only made this mod for my friends and myself to play with but wanted to share it regardless because I saw other people voicing the same opinion on the flat production bonuses.

The tweaked values may change in the future depending on the results me and my friends get. Feel free to post your own experiences with the changes in the comment section.
