Here are some of the many islands in the Torres Strait separating Australia from its northern neighbour New Guinea.

As in real life, there are no highways or railways but there is a road in/out under the abandoned factory and a rail spawn under the shed.

Did you know? Rail spawns act as stations. You can create routes between them and normal stations and send your own trains. This short stretch can be connected at both ends. You can make a loop.

On two other islands there are rail spawns under large rocks. They have gravel paths leading out to the road. The spawns won't produce any trains but people will come walking out when their homes are ready. Depending on how far, some will walk all the way. Others will whip out their pocket cars.

Four ports feed an extensive shipping network that covers all areas.

Air routes are sweeping arcs with four connections.

Water spawns scattered throughout the ocean produce a strong flow and lots and lots of tuna (Fortuna = For Tuna) and there are abundant natural resources.
