描述
Based on a geothermal power plant in Utrecht the Netherlands it produces electricity with no pollution or fuel inputs. Expensive to build for it's size but cheap to maintain. Has a 3MW output.

Added a re-skinned version v2.

Added heating plants.

Some find it "ugly", but can we really qualify a power plant as "beautiful"?
A power generation building is not looking for beauty...it is looking for efficiency.

It is certainly an ugly building. It would go very well with Pyro's USSR 2050 buildings, though.
