A hotwire nerf mod

描述
Hotwired cars may now stall when starting the engine or driving at high speed(especially offroad). There's a very small chance the hotwire comes loose and must be done again from scratch.
This is separate from the multiple times required to start a car, when the car engine is damaged. This will even apply to 100% cars, as long as they are hotwired.

20% chance to get sparks when starting the car( this will stall the car immediately).
2% chance to get make the hotwire come loose if the sparks fly (so in reality the % is 20% -> 2% ( making it way smaller than 2% )
While driving, the car can have up to 1% chance of the wires getting sparks (when driving on-road it barely goes above 0.5%) and the check is doen every minute, which makes the chance to stall at any time very small.

I made this because I would always hotwire cars, even if I had the keys. This makes hotwired cars a bit more scary to use and makes players prefer keys, if possible.

Halo text instead of speech text would've looked better for notifications.

I've left a discussion with a potential fix for the wonky behavior when using bikes from
Braven's Bicycles that should stop them stupidly shorting out
