This is large grid Remote Control, salvaged from KeenSWH's "Never Surrender" vanilla scenario pirate ship.

If you put this on any large grid ship with working power and thrusters, then set ownership of all blocks on that ship to Space Pirates, ship will start acting like NPC pirate, chasing you and firing fixed guns where it can, as well bombarding you with turrets. Just make sure that there aren't other remote control blocks on ship, or make this remote control "Main" one in it's settings.

This is good if you wanna set up an enemy for PvE or maybe you are recording combat video. Whatever it is, now you can easily get yourself somewhat working NPC enemy to play with.
