for a cheat item, isin't even interesting ...
also , had to save, quit and reload, to enable it, as visiting the town on first time, did not allowed to see npc's.
still, you could work on it and make it a better mod, it looks a nice town, for start.
-- that said it is an EXCELLENT job, and I also get why you would put a puzzle in there.
Myself, I did not care for the hidden...
...[cheat item], especially since it seems so GODLY and since the description did not say anything or hint at it at all. Cheat items can easily ruin the fun for some people, myself included (usually). Well, I did promptly throw away said item.
Also, I don't want to say it, but I've learned to hate that "jumping puzzle" as you call it. I spent real-world hours trying to figure it out, but I never could find a way to jump up to the town like intended. I'd much prefer a ramp or straight path that did not involve jumping. Also, I can't imagine that all the folks who live up in that cliff town are comfortable jumping up and down like that every time they need to come and go - especially if they're carrying large items or need to pull a cart, etc.
The only way I was able to get up there was using a dirty trick, and lots of patience, to literally climb the mountain side to enter at the rear of the town, literally climbing around the fence.
