The Japanese Survivors of the Japanese Arcade's Left 4 Dead: Survivor have become the main cast to play on the custom campaign Yama set in Japan, and further custom campaigns as it gets expanded with updates. They have been revised and given high definition textures.

Special Infected have received a total of 27 different styles of clothing and 32 levels of infection shown through skin, this is only for the first custom campaign, more to come!

New music and soundtracks have been created, the first tracks have been influenced by Japanese culture and music, from modern to classic to recreate a "Japanese Styled" Left 4 Dead 2 zombat and atmosphere. More to come!
