Tactical NS

Tactical NS is a small tweak mod which reduces the overall movement speed of all players by 20% (see also Tactical NS Noob 40%). Because of that it makes the game more tactical (in my opinion). As an alien you must be very quiet and hidding in dark places to win the battle. As a marine you must be very careful going into abandoned rooms. It is also very useful for new players. I feel like this was the original NS2 back to 2016 as it was more playable and tactical than the current version Jan 2022.
