Clear and Thicker Borders

In some regions I found it very hard to tell the difference provinces apart so I made a mod that makes it easier since I couldn't find any that I liked.

1. Makes the borders thicker and clearer

There is a alternative version of this that also makes the lines solid(which I personally prefer) here

This mod does not change checksum and only edits the border files.
