El's Glitterpaths

Adds three vanilla-friendly floor tiles that increase movement speed: ugly plasteel Fastpaths; flammable, jelly-infused Biogel paths; and extravagant, high-tech Glitterpaths.

- Fastpaths are quick, ugly, cost 2 plasteel, and increase movement speed by 15%.

- Biogel paths are natural-looking, cost 1 plasteel & 3 insect jelly, and increase speed by 30%. Flammable.

- Glitterpaths are beautiful, cost 2 plasteel, 4 synthread, & 4 gold, and increase speed by 45%. They also count as fine flooring, are sterile, and take a while to build.

Thanks to Oskar Potocki from Vanilla Expanded and the Rimworld discord for advice! Should be compatible with save games and other mods. My first mod though, so who knows. I'll update with balance & polish improvements, maybe with better graphics, and I may add some new features if there's enough interest (e.g. slow, flammable paths for deterring enemies, archotech paths as quest rewards).
