Micro Starter Base

Micro starter base, intended as a guide for your first base to unlock progression (because I keep forgetting optimal placement.

* O2/H2 gen
* Survival kit (if needed and you have the silver)
* Charging seat (to prevent bottlenecking on the survival kit in multiplayer)
* Basic refinery and assembler
* Uses a welder as a starter storage container (doesn't need grids), don't switch it on while you're sitting in the charging seat)
* You can attach a connector to the back of the basic refinery if you need to charge/load/unload vehicles.
