Modifications to default Moon Drop Pod to make it much more useful when bootstrapping.

* Remove atmo thrusters and hydro thruster underneath.
* Grind down and repair blocks like lights, add landing gear, build micro starter base, etc. if progression is on.
* Add drill at front and cargo container at rear (extra storage + counterweight)
* Add three solar panels for power

Then start exploring for ice via jetpack
