The hideous light cruiser rolled out of drydock and into the Pacific Theatre, where she escorted just about every single major convoy that traversed the ocean, from the USS Indianapolis to the USS Missouri. She even escorted the HMS Hood across the Atlantic.

With almost 150 individual AA units, the HMCS Waubuno will put a black hole in your wallet from ammunition costs, and cause permanent hearing damage to anyone on its deck from the constant firing of several hundred barrels of high-calibre cannons. She can't defend herself against any ship with armour, but she is literally invincible (I tested her, multiple times) to any kind of air attack whatsoever. She has no blind spots, no dead zones, and no guns that can't zero in. Therefore, any ships she's with are also invincible to air attacks.

Owing to Dragon_Blitz_85's expert draftsmanship, the Waubuno is light and agile with a rudder that can turn on a dime. She can reach a whopping 40~ odd knots very quickly, and has fantastic stopping power. She also acts as a lightship when the sun goes down, as she dons multiple searchlights at various heights on the ship. She is a purpose built anti-aircraft machine, and just about the ugliest ship on the ocean (except for maybe the USS Choctaw).

She even has two laterally-spinning radars! Disgusting!
