hats and helmets no longer impair your combat capabilities. why would a baseball player wear something that makes him swing his bat slower?

the speed modifiers are currently disabled yes, but the combat modifiers work just fine

..likely because the combat/speed modifiers don't work as of b41.65.

Hi, this mod doesn't seem to be working on either SP or MP for me. Baseball helmets, police motorcycle helmets etc. still have their 0.95 penalty.

only vanilla. it's a simple patch that removes the penalty from every vanilla helmet
